Equally calming and challenging, our signature style of practice is ‘a strong slow flow’. Each class mindfully interweaves strength, mobility and flexibility with practical philosophy. Expect to move and feel differently.

Class Styles:
Core Practice:
Expect to test you balance in a Core Practice. At Considered Body we see the core as the musculature of your entire trunk, not just your abdominals! This class is sequenced to build stability and strength via a mindful combination of yoga, pilates and functional strength training movements.
AM Practice:
Roll out of bed and on to your mat, an AM Practice is an intentional start to your day. Each class is a gentle wake up for body and mind with simple, stretchy, breath driven movement. We can’t guarantee it will be a good morning, but taking this time for yourself will sure help.
PM Practice:
Grounding and fluid, a Considered Body PM practice is a way to unwind from your day. This sequence with gently lengthen and strengthen the muscles that are chronically tight or fatigued from our typical daily movement patterns and help you down regulate your nervous system as you head towards sleep.
What you’ll need:
Yoga mat. Optional yoga blocks, bolster and blanket- Grab whatever you need that will help you to feel more stable, supported and comfortable.
