Questions:
When do new workouts get uploaded?
New on-demand workouts get uploaded the 1st day of the month. You can expect 4 new CB Yoga & CB Strength workouts in a variety of length and focuses and 2+ different CB Recovery practices (Minimum 10 new on-demand classes per month)
CB OG Members will also have access to a recording of every Livestream class (post class). This will be uploaded within 24 hours after class into this private site here.
What equipment do I need to start Considered Body?
All you need to get started with the CB workouts is a Yoga Mat and a single set of weights- These along side things you would already have around the house would have you covered for Yoga, Strength and Recovery classes.
Ultimately what equipment you invest in comes down to you and what you need to feel successful. Here is the list of everything you could possibly need for each class:
CB Yoga: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blocks, a Blanket, a Bolster.
CB Strength: Yoga Mat, Weights: Lighter (1-4KG/ 2-8LBs) Mid Range (5-10KG/ 10-20LBs) and Heavy (10-20KG/ 25-40LBs), Circle Resistance Band/s.
CB Recovery: Yoga Mat, Yoga Blocks, Yoga Strap, Blanket, Bolster, Foam Roller, Lacrosse Ball.
I’m new to this. Where should I begin?
Welcome. I am honoured to start your journey with you!
In the On-Demand Library you can filter under ‘filters’ for ‘Foundations’ classes. In this category I have included a selection of classes suitable for those newer to a Yoga or Strength practice.
Please know that the workouts that call out ‘Foundations Class’ in the title are specifically cover foundational movements and intentionally go a little slower in pace and more detailed in cuing- I would recommend that you start with these and potentially repeat a couple of times, building your familiarity with the style before exploring the rest of what’s on offer in the library. The other workouts that are included in this filter are great next steps, while not quite as tailored for new comers.
